On 28 October 2016 IMO adopted the latest MARPOL Annex V amendments related to products which are Hazardous to the Marine Environment (HME) and to the Form of Garbage Record Book. These amendments apply to all ships above 400 GT from 1 March 2018.
Since TMSA 3 has emerged as the most requested topic over the last six months we are pleased to announce that a new TMSA 3 seminar is now scheduled to be delivered in our training facilities within December 2017.

On 20 April 2017 the California State Lands Commission (CSLC) approved the “Biofouling Management Regulations to Minimize the Transport of Nonindigenous Species from Vessels Arriving at California Ports”. These regulations, applicable to vessels >300 GT which call at California ports and are capable of carrying ballast water, will enter into force in two stages on 1 October 2017 and 1 January 2018.
