EU-Funded Research Project TARGETS – Public Workshop, 27 February 2014

The TARGETS project (Targeted Advanced Research for Global Efficiency of Transportation Shipping, www.targets-project.eu) developed a holistic energy model for cargo ships to identify and quantify the potentials for energy savings resulting from hydrodynamic and design improvements as well as operational best practices. We are happy to announce that the project will present results of the 3-year research activity in a public workshop which will be held on 27 February 2014 in Piraeus, Greece, from15:00 to 18:00. The workshop will be held at the Auditorium of Neda Maritime, Ground Floor, 2, Defteras Merarchias str., Piraeus.
