Paris, Tokyo, Black Sea and Indian Ocean MoUs on Port State Control – Concentrated Inspection Campaign (CIC) on Hours of Rest

The Paris, Tokyo, Black Sea and Indian Ocean MoUs on Port State Control have announced a joint CIC, from 1 September to 30 November 2014, in order to assess compliance with the requirements of the Hours of Rest under the STCW Convention. Based on our extensive experience in this field, we have prepared a Circular Letter with explanations / useful information regarding each of the questions of the relevant PSC questionnaire for guidance of crews.
