Paris MoU on Port State Control – Concentrated Inspection Campaign (CIC) on MLC

The Paris MoU on Port State Control has announced a CIC, from 1 September to 30 November 2016, in order to assess compliance with the requirements of the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC 2006).

Based on our extensive experience in this field, we have prepared a Circular Letter with explanations / useful information regarding each of the questions of the relevant PSC questionnaire for guidance of crews, together with additional proposals to avoid MLC-related detentions.
