With this Circular we wish to draw your attention to the PSC Concentrated Inspection Campaign (CIC) 2024 on MLC, Crew Wages and Seafarer Employment Agreement.
The campaign period is from September 1st through November 31st, 2024.
PSC Officers will use 10 specific questions to assess if the vessels and crew are familiar with the requirements of MLC and its proper implementation.
