2022 MLC amendments – crew matters to the forefront

The 2022 amendments to the Maritime Labor Convention 2006 coming into force on 23 December 2024, which govern issues such as recruitment, social connectivity, food and catering, and health and safety protection, may require amendments to the MLC documentation implemented by shipping companies.
