In accordance with the requirements set by MARPOL Annex I, 33 CFR, SOLAS, and IACS, companies operating tanker and passenger vessels
are obligated to maintain a formal agreement with a specialized technical consultancy to provide Emergency Response Services (ERS).
These regulations ensure that in the event of a maritime casualty, prompt and accurate technical assistance is available to minimize risk to life, property, and the environment.
