Successful Cargo Stern Line Retrofit Design on 5,800 DWT Chemical Tanker!

Alpha Marine Consulting is proud to announce the successful completion of yet another retrofit design
onboard one 5,800 DWT chemical product tanker. The objective of this project was to enhance the flexibility of cargo handling operations while addressing terminal restrictions.

The project commenced with a comprehensive 3D scan of the vessel to ensure an accurate assessment of its existing condition.
Based on this scan, our team proceeded to develop detailed 3D designs, construction drawings, and perform the necessary analysis, including specifying materials and pipe fittings required for the retrofit.

Throughout the project, the AMC engineering team adhered to key industry regulations, including the IBC Code and OCIMF recommendations, ensuring that the installation complied with all relevant safety and operational standards.
