Alpha Marine Consulting is pleased to announce the successful signing ceremony with GESTMAR TEHNIKA D.O.O., marking the mutual intention and principal commercial understanding for the proposed engagement of AMC to provide technical consultation and newbuilding supervision services for the construction of 2x 63,800 DWT Tier III Bulk Carriers to be constructed at Xiangyu Nantong Shipyard, China. Under this collaboration, AMC is expected to provide a comprehensive review of all drawings and newbuilding supervision services through a dedicated and highly qualified Head office and Site Supervision teams. The contents of this important agreement are extending to the following topics:
- Supervision of construction activities at the shipyard;
- Review of plans, drawings, and technical documentation;
- Attendance at inspections, tests, and sea trials;
- Monitoring of workmanship, quality, and compliance with contractual specifications;
- Reporting on construction progress and key technical matters;
- Assistance through to the successful delivery of the vessels
This milestone reflects the confidence placed in AMC’s technical expertise towards ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance throughout the newbuilding process.
