- 3D laser scanning survey, to capture precise as-built conditions
- Strength assessment to ensure the vessel’s structural integrity
- Preparation of the hull/structural drawings required for the integration
- 3D modeling and preparation of outfitting drawings to facilitate the installation
- Lightship & lightweight assessment to evaluate impact on vessel’s stability
Key outcome: Optimization of the required new steel weight and number of fittings added, resulting in minimal impact on stability and lightship, and a safe, class-compliant installation.
